We have a full-time drafting specialist and a visionary GC with years of experience. Our rate for these services is about half what you would pay an independent architect.
- Construction
We only work with select subcontractors and vendors who have pride in their work. Since our relationships with these crews span years, we can guarantee the quality and professionalism of everyone who works on your project.
- Project Management
Our bids typically include two (2) hours per week for consultation and status reporting. If you require more assistance or interaction with our foreman, we also offer an individually tailored pay-as-you-go project management plan so you can always get the information you want, when you want it.
- Consulting
Beyond the actual design of your project, there are many details to consider. There are materials to choose and inevitable changes and additions to the original design. For a per hour fee, we can provide our value added expert advice on design, materials, and changes to your overall design.
- Referrals
Need a good hardwood flooring installer? Cabinet maker? Want solar panels? We have very short list of vendors we recommend to our clients.
